jl24 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to a valid Philippine government-issued identification document. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension and/or withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.
Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) jl24 account only. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual, whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods, is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for permanent account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including but not limited to: full legal name, date of birth, residential address, Philippine mobile number, and valid email address. You agree to promptly update your account information if any of the foregoing changes.
Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification: Prior to processing your first withdrawal, jl24 is required under applicable anti-money laundering regulations to verify your identity. You will be required to submit a clear copy of a valid Philippine government-issued photo identification (PhilSys National ID, driver's licence, passport, or UMID) and may be required to submit proof of address. Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jl24 login credentials (username and password). You must not disclose your credentials to any third party. jl24 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised use of your account resulting from your failure to safeguard your login information.
All financial transactions on the jl24 platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200, subject to change as notified via Platform announcements.
Accepted Payment Methods: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. jl24 may add or remove accepted payment methods at its discretion with reasonable notice to players.
Withdrawal Conditions:
Deposits to jl24 are made at the player's sole risk. jl24 does not accept responsibility for delays, errors, or failures caused by the player's bank or e-wallet provider, third-party payment processors, or network disruptions outside jl24's reasonable control.
jl24 may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time the promotion is offered, which terms are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Unless expressly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, the following general conditions apply to all jl24 bonuses:
All games available on the jl24 platform operate according to individual game rules published within the game interface. It is your responsibility to familiarise yourself with the applicable rules before placing any wager. jl24 accepts no liability for losses resulting from a player's failure to understand applicable game rules.
All Random Number Generator (RNG) games on jl24 use certified random number generation technology independently tested and verified for statistical fairness. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are verified figures.
In the event of a technical malfunction, server error, or game interruption, jl24 reserves the right to void affected wagers and return staked amounts to players' accounts. Where a game result cannot be verified due to a technical failure, jl24's determination of the appropriate resolution shall be final.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jl24 platform and constitute grounds for immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of all account balances, subject to applicable law:

Upon account closure for cause, jl24 reserves the right to withhold outstanding balances pending investigation. Where no breach is found, verified net balances will be returned to the player via their registered payment method after deduction of any outstanding obligations.
Players who wish to voluntarily close their jl24 account may do so by submitting a written request to jl24 customer support. Account closure requests are typically processed within 5 business days.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the jl24 platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit: copying, reproducing, distributing, or creating derivative works based on jl24 content; reverse-engineering or decompiling platform software; or using jl24 intellectual property for any commercial purpose without prior written consent.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jl24 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings due to technical failure, platform unavailability, internet connectivity issues, or third-party payment processor delays.
jl24's total aggregate liability to any individual player in connection with their use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
jl24 does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access to the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, security updates, and circumstances beyond jl24's reasonable control (including force majeure events) may result in temporary Platform unavailability.
jl24 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the jl24 Privacy Policy and the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). By registering with jl24, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
jl24 will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data is shared with third parties only where required for platform operation (payment processors, KYC verification providers, game software providers) or where required by law or PAGCOR regulation.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through jl24's internal dispute resolution process shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
Players with complaints or disputes are encouraged to first contact jl24 customer support at [email protected]. jl24 undertakes to acknowledge all written complaints within 2 business days and provide a substantive response within 10 business days. Where a complaint relates to jl24's compliance with PAGCOR regulations, it may be referred to PAGCOR for review.
jl24 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be notified to registered players via the email address on file and/or via a prominent notice on the jl24 platform. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The date of last revision is displayed at the top of this page. If you do not agree to any revised Terms, you must stop using the jl24 platform and may request account closure as described in Section 8.
