If jl24 becomes aware that personal data has been collected from a person under 21 years of age, that account will be immediately suspended, all data associated with the account will be deleted (subject to any mandatory retention obligations), and any balance will be returned to the depositing payment method after identity verification confirms the account holder's identity.

11. International Data Transfers

jl24 primarily processes player data within the Republic of the Philippines.
